Your personal information will only be used to process your order and payment and to contact you. If you have registered for the newsletter, your data will be retained to regularly inform you about promotions, etc.

Your data will never be sold to third parties. 

To order

After you have placed your order according to the steps on the website, you will receive an automatic confirmation. This concludes our agreement. If you have any comments about this or if you believe you see an error in our agreement, please contact us immediately. Our main language is Dutch.

Prices and shipping costs

It may happen that there is an adjustment to the pricing due to changed circumstances. However,  the prices unchanged at the time of ordering. 

To make mistakes is human and it may happen that an incorrect price is stated. In that case we are not obliged to deliver the goods at the incorrect price. 

We will contact you with a request to pay the price difference and if you do not wish to do so, we will cancel your order.

If we cannot contact you due to the lack of telephone or email information, we will cancel the order.

All prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs. You will find the shipping costs here.

Delivery &

It is impossible to determine the availability and therefore the indicated delivery time of the products on the PUK & website. It is handmade and if sold out, time is needed to make new stock.

Unless otherwise stated, the order will be shipped to the address you provided at the time of ordering. 

In unforeseen circumstances, your order may require a longer delivery time. Think of national holidays, riots, demonstrations, severe weather, IT problems or mechanical failures. Let us maintain contact together if the above circumstances apply. Under no circumstances can PUK & EEF will be held liable due to these unforeseen circumstances.


We are also not liable for loss or damage to your order if the carrier finds no one at home and it is left at another address.


At PUK & EEF you can pay with Ideal and with VISA or Credit Card or the PUK & EEF gift voucher.

After you have placed your order, you choose your desired payment method.

Payments are processed by payment processor Mollie in a secure environment

You can use the PUK & EEF gift voucher online on the PUK & website.

Each gift voucher contains a code that is used to process the voucher.

To redeem the gift voucher, place the order.

At checkout, choose the payment method: PUK & EEF gift voucher.

If the amount of the gift voucher is not sufficient, you can pay extra.

If you spend less, the credit will remain available for next time.

You will receive confirmation via email.

The PUK & EEF gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money.

The PUK & EEF gift voucher is a digital voucher

Method: Do the PUK & EEF gift voucher with the value you want in your basket and pay with Ideal or credit card.

- After payment you or the receipent receive the voucher by mail


You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The item will be reimbursed if it is returned within 14 days according to the conditions.


You must pack the goods correctly and carefully in the original packaging.

Include your invoice / order number / name and address details in the packaging

Address the package to: PUK & EEF - Jacques Bloemhof 133 - 1628 VR Hoorn

Hand it in at a PostNL point and save your track and trace code.

Returns are at your own expense and responsibility.


If the returned item shows signs of wear or is damaged, your right to return and refund expires. If we suspect that the item has been used, is dirty, smells of smoke, is broken, etc. and has therefore become unsellable, we will not issue a refund.

Therefore, handle the item with care and pack it securely in the original packaging.

Defects - incorrect delivery

If an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, please report this to us immediately with an explanation and photos.

Do not wait to do this, as it will not be treated as such after a few days.

Customer service will assess and contact you with a solution. You will receive all information.

After we have received the damaged or incorrectly delivered item, you will receive the replacement item. Of course we will cover the postage costs.

Naturally, we will do everything we can to prevent this kind of thing.
